Full Description

The US Army War College has a requirement to procure computer software/hardware maintenance for the Army Heritage Education Center. This requirement will be sole source to Progressive Technology Federated Systems (PTFS), Bethesda, Maryland. PTFS is the proprietary owner, provider, developer and maintainer of ArchivalWare software that is used for the AHCO system. The Army Heritage and Education Centers mission is to preserve the Army's history and ensure access to historical research material and artifacts. This is accomplished through the Army Heritage Collection Online (AHCO) Research Catalog. The AHCO portal is a system of several integrated software packages and custom software applications used to provide overall functionality. Magnitude of project will be between $100,000 and $250,000. NAICS code for this requirement is 541511 and the size standard is $23 Million. Responses to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government.
