Bell Street, Suite 1102, Crystal Mall 3, Arlington, VA 22202. A firm fixed price contract is contemplated. The solicitation will be issued on or about 8 July 2009. The proposed contract will be for a basic contract period of one year. The scope of this contract is to obtain software licenses and software purchases (please see the attached bill of materials). The RFP for this solicitation may be viewed and downloaded from the FED BIZ OPS website address: www.fbo.gov. This pre-solicitation is for - OFFERORS SOUGHT ONLY.
