Full Description

The Defense Contract Command-Washington (DCC-W) on behalf of the Secretary of Defense/ Net Assessment (OSD/NA), intends to negotiate a Sole Source Purchase Order to The Baylon Group Inc. D/B/A Center for Strategic Decision Research, 2456 Sharon Oaks Drive, Menlo Park, CA 94024-6829 to conduct and provide the proceedings of the 22nd International Workshop on Global Security to be held in Paris, France. The Workshop will give the opportunity for distinguished political, military and industry leaders fr om across Europe, the U.S. and Canada to meet and exchange ideas on current and future issues facing transatlantic security during three days of meetings, (June 10-12, 2005). The proposed contract action is for services, which the Government intends to so licit only one source. Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to requirement within 15 days of this announcement posting.
