The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Motion Engineering Company, 17338 Westfield Park Road, Suite 4, Westfield, IN 46074, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This product must be compatible with existing systems; OEM owns all proprietary data for this equipment. All responsible offeror's may submit a quote that will be reviewed by the Government. However, a determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this solicitation is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Inspection and Acceptance is to be at destination with delivery F.O.B. Destination: Crane IN 47522-5001. The anticipated award date is 28 SEP 2015.
