The Government is contracting for maintenance and support for the above listed software from which Kroll Ontrack is the only known authorized U.S. territorial reseller. A determination not to compete this requirement is within the discretion of the Government. This notice is for information only. It is neither a request for proposals nor a solicitation for offers. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice. However, any firm that believes that it can meet the specifications above may give written notification to the Contracting Officer.
