This solicitation SHALL be posted on Sam.gov (https://sam.gov/) on or before 14 May 2026. The RFQ number is N0018926QL148. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2026-01 (effective 13 March 2026) and DFARS Publication Notice 20251110 (effective 10 November 2025). It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions.
