The Army Contracting Agency at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri, is seeking to procure 31 Chemical Agent Monitor Simulators (CAMSIM) on a sole source basis from The JGW Group, the exclusive U.S. representative and sole provider of these simulators made by Argon Electronics. This purchase will be conducted under a firm fixed price contract, with the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 333319 and a size standard of 500 employees. The sole source justification is based on The JGW Group's unique position as the sole supplier for these specific simulators, which are critical to the program's requirements. While the contract is intended to be awarded solely to The JGW Group, any other interested firms believe they can supply an equivalent product without compromising quality, accuracy, or reliability are invited to submit a written response within five days of the notice publication. Submissions must clearly demonstrate the capability of their item to meet the program's stringent standards without causing program hardship. Responses should be directed to Chris Scena via fax or email at the provided contact details. This reflects the agency’s openness to alternative sources, despite the sole source designation.
