The Housing Authority of the Cherokee Nation is soliciting bids for the rehabilitation of a single home in Cherokee County, Oklahoma, under Solicitation Number 2026-001-032, with responses due by May 13, 2026. The work must be completed within five working days after beginning, which must occur no later than two weeks after notification, with a liquidated damages penalty of $100 per working day for any delay beyond the contract end date.
