The Cherokee Nation Housing Authority is soliciting bids for the rehabilitation of a single-family home, Unit 12765, constructed in 2009, located in Adair County, Oklahoma, under Solicitation #164612. The scope of work requires comprehensive repairs including plumbing, carpentry, drywall and finish, flooring, and paint and finish, to be performed in accordance with the project’s Work Write-Up and Specifications.
