The U.S. Embassy Ankara is soliciting quotations for three brand-new, factory-produced MY2026 or newer C-segment compact SUVs, each requiring left-hand drive, gasoline mild-hybrid or electric-assist propulsion, automatic transmission, all-wheel drive, and compliance with Euro 6.2 or higher emissions standards, with full homologation for use in Türkiye. The solicitation does not specify a make or model, allowing any qualified manufacturer or authorized reseller to respond, provided they can demonstrate valid authorization and warranty support capabilities within Türkiye. Only firm-fixed-price offers from manufacturers, authorized distributors, dealers, or certified resellers will be accepted, and award will be made to the lowest-priced technically acceptable bid, potentially without further negotiations. Quotations must specify one of three delivery categories: vehicles not currently in Türkiye, vehicles already in free circulation within Türkiye, or vehicles stocked at approved bonded warehouses in Istanbul, Kocaeli, Izmir, or Mersin, along with the exact delivery point, delivery timeline, and firm-fixed price. All submissions must be in English, complete, signed, and non-conditional, and must be sent electronically to Ankara-GSO-Procurement-DL@state.gov by 3:00 p.m. GMT+3 on Thursday, July 16th, 2026. No pre-bid conferences will be held, and late or incomplete submissions will not be considered. The solicitation number is 19TU1526Q3632-SOL, with performance required in Ankara, Türkiye, and the NAICS classification is 441110 for new car dealers.
