PLEASE READ THIS NOTICE CAREFULLY AS IT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY NOTICE THAT WILL BE PUBLISHED. The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to solicit from a single source for a fixed-price contract under the authority of FAR 13.106-1 (b) to BSD Robotics located at Unit 17/18 Hinkler Court , Brendale Brisbane QLD 4500 Australia. This contract will provide the LAB Division with the necessary contract to provide preventative maintenance, repair visit, technical support, and spare parts for 9 BSD Punches. It was determined that for this contract action circumstances deem BSD Robotics the one source reasonably available. BSD Robotics is the manufacturer of the BSD punches, as they are the manufacturer, they want to oversee the service contract for forensic laboratories. Although they have resellers/providers for other aspects of their business, they are the only company authorized to provide the service contract required by the LAB Division.
