BEAUREGARD PARISH POLICE JURY REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR SOLID WASTE COLLECTION SERVICESNotice is hereby given that the Beauregard Parish Police Jury (the “Parish”) will receive sealed Proposals for Solid Waste Collection Services for Beauregard Parish until 3:00 p.m. on September 9, 2026, at the Office of the Beauregard Parish Police Jury located at 201 W 2nd Street DeRidder, LA 70634. Proposals received after the deadline will not be accepted and will be returned to the Proposer unopened. The proposed Contract is for an initial term of five (5) years commencing September 30, 2026, with up to five (5) automatic one-year renewals. Electronic copies of the Request for Proposals (RFP) package may be obtained at no cost from the Contract Administrator’s office listed below: Beauregard Parish Police Jury          201 W 2nd Street DeRidder, LA 70634 (337) 463-7019   Copies of the RFP package may be obtained Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:30 A.M. and 4:30 P.M. The RFP package may also be obtained and Proposals submitted electronically at the following designated website. All official notifications, addenda, and other Proposal Documents will be offered through the designated website. Designated Website www.centralbidding.com   Each Proposal must be accompanied by Proposal Security in the form of a separate bid bond for each Service Category on which the Proposer submits a Proposal, each in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the proposed price for that Service Category. The successful Proposer shall furnish a performance bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the annual Contract value of each service category awarded to it. Proposals will be evaluated on a best-value basis (price and qualifications) in accordance with the criteria set forth in the RFP. The Parish reserves the right to reject any and all Proposals, to waive informalities, and to award the Contract to the Proposer offering the best value to the Parish. A MANDATORY pre-bid conference will be held on Wednesday, September 2, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at the Beauregard Parish Police Jury meeting room, 201 W 2nd Street, DeRidder, Louisiana 70634. Attendance is a condition of responsiveness; any Proposal submitted by a Proposer who did not attend the pre-bid conference shall be rejected as non-responsive. Written questions regarding this RFP shall be directed to the Treasurer, Beauregard Parish Police Jury Attention: Tina Simmons at tsimmons@beauparish.org and must be received no later than 4:00 p.m. on September 1, 2026. Responses to written questions will be issued electronically by
addendum via email to all Proposers who have obtained the RFP from the Treasurer. Addendums will also be posted electronically on the designated website. For all further requirements regarding proposal submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Proposers that are included in the RFP.
