Full Description

OVERVIEW: The United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) is seeking companies with the capability to provide a source selection facility coordinator at USSOCOM Headquarters at MacDill AFB, FL as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (Attachment 1). Interested parties will be required to comply with the organizational conflict of interest (OCI) requirement (Attachment 2). This sources sought is for planning purposes only and shall not be considered as an invitation for bid, request for quotation, request for proposal, or as an obligation on the part of the Government to acquire any products or services. Your response to this sources sought will be treated as information only in an effort to finalize our acquisition strategy. Interested parties should submit their data as a pdf attachment to an email by 1:00 PM EST on 8 January 2016 to michelle.riisma@socom.mil. Responses shall include the complete name and address of the interested party, CAGE Code, DUNS Number, and the name, phone number and email address of at least one POC. Responses shall include a brief overview of the capability or capabilities that exist to meet the Government's needs outlined in the PWS and the OCI provision. Additionally, please include any potential existing contract vehicles that would be available to the Government for the procurement of the products and services, to include Federal Supply Schedules (FSS) or any other Government Agency contract vehicles. Responses shall be no more than 5 pages. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE Initial capability is expected to be required in 2016 and remain in place for a minimum of 12 months plus 4 additional, 12 month option periods. SECURITY CLEARANCE LEVELS REQUIRED. Contractor team individual(s) supporting this task will be cleared at the SECRET level at the start of the contract. Contractor will require access to NIPRNET/SIPRNET computer systems only at government facilities.
