INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE Navajo Area Indian Health Services (NAIHS) Inscription House Health Center intends to negotiate a one-time, sole source, firm fixed price contract with Nations Gas Technologies Inc., Navajo Route 12, Mill Road, Navajo, New Mexico 87328 to provide Propane Delivery Services to Inscription House Health Center in Tonalea, Arizona. Sole Source authority cited FAR 6.302-1(b)(1); Only one source is capable of providing the supplies and services required at the level or quality required because the supplies and services are unique or highly specialized. Due to the particular requirements of this solicitation, the proposed vendor meets the Agency's needs which are most advantageous to the Government in terms of economy, efficiency, reliability or services. Therefore, Nations Gas Technology, Inc. is the only vendor capable of fulfilling the requirements of Inscription House Health Center identified needs. The proposed contractor shall provide propane delivery services to Inscription House Health Center, Highway 98 & Navajo Route 16, Tonalea, Arizona 86044. This notice of intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive proposals. There will be no solicitation available for competitive quotes. Interested parties may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement to the attention of: Janice Martinez. Email: contact@example.gov. Only emailed responses will be considered. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence, that competition would be advantageous to the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement base upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
