The purpose of this Sources Sought is for NAVSUP Site Marianas informational/market research purposes only. This is not a solicitation, request for proposal, quotation, or bid, nor a synopsis of a proposed action under FAR Subpart 5.2.
This Sources Sought is to gain knowledge of the interest, capabilities, and qualifications of industry so the government can make informed business decisions. We are seeking responses from industry to include: Small Business, Small Disadvantaged Businesses to include 8(a) firms, Historically Underutilized Business Zones (HUBZone), Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB) to include Economically Disadvantaged Women-Owned Small Business (EDWOSB), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small business (SDVOSB) and Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB). All interested parties are highly encouraged to respond.
Reponses to this Sources Sought announcement will be used by the Government to make business decisions and to inform potential future solicitations.
SOURCES SOUGHT OBJECTIVE
NAVSUP is seeking firms capable of meeting the requirements found in the attached draft Statement of Work (SOW). The purpose is to identify small business concerns interested and capable of meeting this requirement and interested in submitting a proposal.
BACKGROUND
Joint Region Marianas requires professional cybersecurity training to ensure its personnel are fully qualified under the Department of Defense (DoD) Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF), in accordance with DoD Manual 8140.03. This training is essential for developing and maintaining a highly qualified cadre of certified information security professionals to protect critical information systems. This Statement of Work outlines the requirement for a comprehensive, on-site ISC2 Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) training course.
CAPABILITIES STATEMENT
Please submit a capabilities statements demonstrating the firm’s capability to meet the attached Draft Performance Work Statement to the below listed points of contact via email no later than 1000 JST, 29 MAY 2026. Limit responses to two pages.

- Company Name and Cage Code.
- Company point of contact, phone number, and email address.
- Firm’s Business size/socioeconomic category for the NAICS 611420 as validated via the System for Award Administration (SAM). All offerors must register on the SAM located at http://www.sam.gov to be eligible for a federal contract award. In the event that the organization is a small business, state the socioeconomic category of small business, such as 8(a), HUBZone, Veteran Owned Small Business, Woman Owned Small Business, or SDVOSB.
- A Capability Statement that concisely demonstrates the contractor’s capability to perform the requirements as described in the draft Statement of Work.
