OVERVIEW:
This is a Sources Sought Notice issued for market research purposes only. The General Services Administration, Public Buildings Service, is seeking information from qualified contractors regarding capabilities for the "Keating Courthouse Hardening Phase II- Construction" project.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Project Title: Keating Courthouse Hardening Phase II- Construction
Location: Kenneth B. Keating Federal Building, 100 State St, Rochester, NY 14614
Scope: The contract work incorporates site demolition, asphalt pavement, concrete pavement, curbs, fencing, gates, landscaping, storm draining, windows & security glazing, security systems and electrical work.
The primary goal is to build out a space to suit the needs of the U.S. Courts in the Kenneth B. Keating Federal Building and U.S. Courthouse. The construction work to support this project initiative, GSA requires a construction contractor to procure, supply, and furnish all materials and labor to implement the work set forth by the design documents, drawings and specifications. The contractor must also have adequate labor, equipment, materials, and experience to perform the requirements imposed by this construction project. The contractor must also have knowledge of building repairs, renovations and alterations.
