This pre-solicitation notice serves as a synopsis and is posted in accordance with FAR subpart 5.2, Synopses of Proposed Contract Actions. This is not a solicitation. Vendors shall not submit a quote until the solicitation is posted to www.SAM.gov. The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) has the following requirements: DoDEA requires the Woodcock-Johnson IV suite of achievement, cognitive and oral language tests and the Woodcock-Johnson Interpretation and Instructional Intervention Package (WIIIP) as listed below. DoDEA expects to make one award. See attached PWS for more information The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is code 611710 (Educational Support Services) and the applicable PSC is R408 Management Advisory Services. Interested parties must be registered under the NAICS code in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to submitting their quotes. DoDEA intends to issue solicitation No. HE1254-23-Q-0029 in support of this requirement. This requirement will be procured using FAR Parts FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services and FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedure. This requirement will be be Other Than Full and Open (Sole Source) in accordance with FAR 13.501(a).
