The NAICS for this procurement is 541330. Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division (NSWC PHD), Port Hueneme, California intends to solicit an order under Basic Ordering Agreement Number N00024-06-G-4300 on a sole source basis to Kollmorgen Corporation, Electro Optical Division, 347 King Street, Northampton, MA 61060. The Government intends to purchase one (1x) Cobra Graphics CCA; a component of the MK46 Optical Sight System (OSS). Kollmorgen Corporation is the original designer, developer and producer of the MK46 OSS and is the only firm known to possess the requisite knowledge and background of the MK46 OSS to provide the required CCA, as noted above.
