SPIDERS JCTD Industry Day August 27, 2015 - 8:00 AM to 2:30 PM Honolulu, HI Hosted by U.S. Pacific Command (USPACOM) Please join us at the Smart Power Infrastructure Demonstration for Energy Reliability and Security (SPIDERS) Joint Capability Technology Demonstration (JCTD) Industry Day. The SPIDERS JCTD Industry Day is scheduled for August 27th. Technical sessions will be from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, followed by an optional tour of the Camp Smith microgrid installation from 12:00 PM to 2:30 PM. Camp Smith is the demonstration site of a full base cyber-secure microgrid. It is the third and final demonstration site of the SPIDERS JCTD. The technical sessions will focus on the technology, lessons learned, and results of the full JCTD, with special attention given to the Camp Smith demonstration. This event is open to all stakeholders with an interest in the development of secure microgrids, including policy and regulatory bodies, equipment vendors, those tasked with the development of standards and specifications, and the utilities that will be interconnecting with these microgrids. Registration for both events is at a single website, with the link for registration and additional information available via the SPIDERS 2015 Industry Day website. (Note: It is not necessary to register for the APRISE event to attend Industry Day.) Tour of Camp Smith SPIDERS JCTD Industry Day attendees are invited to take a tour of the SPIDERS JCTD microgrid at Camp Smith. Tour pre-registration is at the registration site. All tour participants will be required present a government issued photo ID at the convention center registration desk. Camp Smith tour registration is limited to 200, first come first serve.
