The Department of Defense, through the FA3016 502 Cons Cl office located at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, Texas, is conducting market research via a Request for Information (RFI) for a Spiritual Family Retreat scheduled for August 7–8, 2026, at a resort facility in DWG, Texas, 78150. This action is a sources-sought procurement under a Total Small Business Set-Aside per FAR 19.5, classified under NAICS Code 721110, and is strictly voluntary—not a solicitation for quotes or a guarantee of future contract award. Respondents must provide detailed information on their ability to deliver 80 guest rooms, each with two queen beds, a queen-size sofa sleeper, a full bathroom with tub, and full amenities including a microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, ironing board, in-room safe, HDTV, high-speed internet, and fitness center access, all in smoke-free conditions. The facility must also include one primary conference room with audiovisual equipment and one alternate conference room, both equipped with appropriate table setups and linens, and must offer an indoor waterpark, adventure park, and family-friendly dining and shopping options. All lodging and meal costs must comply with government per diem rates, and respondents must confirm their capacity to meet these requirements for the specified dates.
