**Addendum I** Adding in Questions and Answers, all other items shall remain the same. The Governor's Office of Land Use and Climate Innovation (LCI), through its Military Affairs program, is seeking contractor support to assist with the initial implementation phase of the California Military Installation Readiness (CalMIR) initiative. The contractor will provide coordination, planning, and documentation support for activities including tabletop exercise design and execution, stakeholder coordination, working group design/launch, and preparation of required questionnaires and reports. The work performed under this contract will support LCI-led efforts to establish an initial framework for military installation-community readiness coordination and inform future statewide implementation.
