This acquisition is being considered under the Buy Indian Act (25 U.S.C. § 47) and HHSAR Part 326. Description of Requirement:

PAIHS, on behalf of participating Service Units, hospitals, and outpatient clinics, is seeking qualified vendors to provide a turnkey ambulatory cardiac arrhythmia monitoring solution for eligible IHS beneficiaries — including all labor, equipment, software, supplies, technical support, and maintenance.

Anticipated services include:

Mobile Cardiac Outpatient Telemetry (MCOT), when clinically indicated

Secure collection, transmission, and analysis of cardiac rhythm data
