5P468-25-0296/A Stage 2 - Hwy 5 Roadway Renovations, Wood Buffalo National Park REQUIREMENT Parks Canada requires upgrades to Highway 5 within Wood Buffalo National Park (WBNP), Northwest Territories. The scope of work includes pavement pulverization with asphaltic surface treatment, base course pulverization followed by surface treatment, and full-depth rehabilitation with pulverization and surface treatment. The asphaltic surface treatment will consist of chip sealing. The work required to complete these upgrades includes the supply of chip seal aggregate, surface mixing and compaction, repair of roadway failures, and the application of the asphaltic surface treatment. Additionally, multiple culverts will require repair and maintenance. TWO STAGE SELECTION PROCESS This posting is the Stage Two of a two-stage solicitation process: the first stage was to evaluate the qualifications of all interested suppliers. The second stage (Stage Two) is to invite the qualified suppliers to provide further qualifications and a financial bid on the project based on the specifications and drawings.
