5P468-24-0065/B Stage 2 - Kwisitis Visitor Centre (KVC) Universal Washrooms, HVAC Upgrades and Restaurant Revitalization- Pacific Rim National Park Reserve. REQUIREMENT Parks Canada requires site improvements at the Kwisitis Visitor Centre including Upgrades to the HVAC system, New Heat pumps, Complete renovation of existing washrooms to meet Universal accessibility standards as well as structural upgrades to the timber framed restaurant. Construction takes place at the site of a heritage designated visitor center which may be opened to the public during construction. TWO STAGE SELECTION PROCESS This posting is the Stage Two of a two-stage solicitation process: the first stage was to evaluate the qualifications of all interested suppliers. The second stage (Stage Two) is to invite the qualified suppliers to provide a financial bid on the project based on the specifications and drawings. Only qualified suppliers have been invited to bid.
