REQUIREMENT Parks Canada Agency (PCA) is undertaking full-scale rehabilitation of Mountain Avenue, the sole roadway connecting the Town of Banff to the Sulphur Mountain area within Banff National Park. The project includes construction activities along approximately 2.7 km of roadway from the Town of Banff boundary to the Upper Hot Springs, including asphalt removal and rehabilitation, roadway widening, base course and asphalt paving, drainage and culvert upgrades, installation of curb/gutters and sidewalks, and installation of lock-block retaining walls. TWO STAGE SELECTION PROCESS This posting is the Stage Two of a two-stage solicitation process: the first stage was to evaluate the qualifications of all interested suppliers. The second stage (Stage Two) is to invite the qualified suppliers to provide further qualifications and a financial bid on the project based on the specifications and drawings.
