REQUIREMENT Parks Canada is seeking a Contractor for the construction of a new 250 m² triplex staff housing facility at Ya Ha Tinda Ranch, a nationally significant working horse ranch located approximately 85 km west of Sundre, Alberta. The proposed building will enhance on-site accommodations for Parks Canada staff and Indigenous partners. This project forms part of Parks Canada’s ongoing commitment to providing safe, sustainable, and inclusive infrastructure to support its operational workforce and strengthen Indigenous collaboration at this historic ranch. TWO STAGE SELECTION PROCESS This posting is the Stage Two of a two-stage solicitation process: the first stage was to evaluate the qualifications of all interested suppliers. The second stage (Stage Two) is to invite the qualified suppliers to provide further qualifications and a financial bid on the project based on the specifications and drawings. Only qualified suppliers have been invited to bid. Potential and interested sub-contractors are invited to add their company’s name under the section “Partner with another business”
