The Scope of Work for the State Road (SR) 60 Trailhead Park Project includes creating a new Trailhead to support the use of the new Courtney Campbell Causeway pedestrian overpass and adjoining trail system and connectivity to the adjacent Welcome Center. Site improvements include the installation of site furnishings such as benches, picnic tables, Adirondak chairs, waste receptacles, drinking fountain, bike racks, bike repair station, landscaping, irrigation, concrete pads and sidewalks and regulatory/informational signage as specified in the construction plans. The intent of this bid is to obtain competitive prices to establish a contract for construction services. All quantities are estimates only and the city of Clearwater (city) is not obligated to purchase any minimum or maximum amount during the contract. All the work is to be administered per Section III, Section 23 of the Contract Documents. The Contractor shall provide one (1) [Fixed] project sign as described in Section III, Section 23 of the Contract Documents. Contract Period: 3 months or 90 Consecutive Calendar Days from Notice to Proceed
