Full Description
The purpose of this RFP is to enter into a contract to provideBulk Order Purchasing of Frozen and Cooler Food Products.
This RFP may result in multiple awards. The methodology that will be used to determine the number of awards is: - Vendors must meet all Mandatory Minimum Requirements to proceed to the Technical Evaluation. - Vendors must score at least 455 of the 700 available points (65%) in the Technical Evaluation to proceed to the Cost Evaluation. - Vendors who receive a total of at least 650 of the available 1000 total points (technical + cost) will be awarded a contract.
Length of Contract: 5 years. Vendor must guarantee its pricing for Three (3) months. Administrative Fee: 0.75% (three fourths of one percent).
