Stony Brook University Hospital intends to purchase sterilization pouches and related items by Steris Corporation Premier contract PPOR2070 dated 10/01/2022 - 09/30/2025 a contract awarded pursuant to their authority under section 163(3)(vi), which authorizes the purchase of commodities from a consortium or comparable entity in lieu of using a centralized contract and without a formal competitive process when justified by price. Concurrent with GPO contract period 10/01/2022 through 09/30/2025 In the event that contract# PPOR2070 is extended, SUNY Stony Brook reserves the right to extend the resulting agreement for the same term.
