Description: The Medical Readiness Contracting Office-West intends to procure a commercial, non-personal services, firm-fixed-price service contract to provide preventative maintenance and repair services in accordance with the PWS for government-owned Steris sterilizers, washers/disinfectors located at the Hagan, Oliver, and Caldwell Dental Clinics, Fort Jackson, SC. This requirement is for a base period of 12 months and four option periods of 12 months each. The period of performance (POP) start date is June 1, 2026.


Competitive set-aside:This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside; offerors must ensure their representations and certifications in www.sam.gov are current and reflect their small business status for the applicable NAICS code 811210.

Quote Format
Quotes shall consist of two (2) separate volumes:
 


Volume I: Technical Capability. The offeror shall submit documentation demonstrating their technical capability to perform the maintenance services defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS), which includes the applicable maintenance response time. The following must be included:
 


Proof that the technicians performing the work are explicitly trained and certified by Steris to perform maintenance on the specific washer/disinfector/sterilizer models listed in the PWS.
 


A written statement confirming the offeror has authorized access to, and will utilize, only genuine Steris Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) replacement parts.
 


Volume II: Price.


The offeror shall complete SF 1449, with unit prices and extended totals for all line items. Pricing shall include option years, preventative maintenance, repairs, parts, travel, and operator level training.
 


The Government will not be responsible for any failure of transmission or receipt of the offer, or any failure of the offeror to verify receipt of the offer.
