This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The Government is seeking to establish a Master Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Stevedore services to load/offload provisions on and off ships for NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Sigonella, site Rota, Spain in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Master BPA will be for a period of three (3) years and the maximum cumulative value of BPA Calls under this agreement will not exceed $350,000. Please, see attached documents for details.
