Lewis Street, Room 1112B, Stillwater, OK 74074 no later than June 3, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. Bids will be opened and read out loud. Said bids will be publicly opened and read aloud following the time stated above. Bids received more than ninety-six (96) hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays, before the time set for opening bids, as well as bids received after the time set for opening of bids, will not be considered, and will be returned unopened. Bid Packages Contained in this Advertisement for Bid Group No. 02 - Rebid 26.0 Electrical 31.0 Earthwork 32.0 Paving 32.1 Sodding Availability of Bidding Documents: Contract documents will be on file at the Construction Manager’s Office, Construct Connect/iSqFt, Southwest Construction News and Reidprographics. Bidders may also obtain electronic access to bid documents by applying to the office of the Construction Manager. Pre-Bid Conference: A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on May 20, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. located at the Lippert Bros., Inc. Project Office trailer located at 2020-10 W. Airport Road, Stillwater, OK 74075. Parking will be available to the south of the Airport Road in the gravel parking lot next to the softball fields. Following the pre-bid meeting a visit are the project site will be available for all attendees. The Construction Manager strongly encourages the earthwork and paving contractors to attend. Notes: Bids over $50,000 will be required to include payment and performance bond bonds in their bid amount. Additional bid packages may be issued later as required.
