Full Description

The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) intends to award a one-year single, firm fixed price purchase order in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulations FAR Part 13.106-1(b)(1), only one source reasonably available to Footage Firm, Inc., 1515 N Courthouse Rd, Suite 1000 Arlington, VA 22201 for the purchase of Storyblocks Enterprise Royalty Fee License. The user licenses will provide NGA personnel with Storyblocks Video Unlimited Library; Storyblocks Image Unlimited Library; Storyblocks Audio Unlimited Library; and Storyblocks Maker Video Editor. NGA has determined that Footage Firm, Inc. is the only vendor capable of providing the required services. Footage Firm owns all proprietary rights to Storyblocks and is the only approved supplier of the license. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. A solicitation will not be issued. This is a special notice prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.2, Synopses of Proposed Contract Actions and is not a request for competitive proposals. A solicitation will not be posted. However, any firm that believes it can meet this requirement may give written notification to the Contracting Officer no later than 4:00 pm Eastern Time (ET) on 26 September 2022. Supporting evidence must be in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the requirement. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government to compete the proposed procurement based on the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
