EMPLOYEES RETIREMENT SYSTEM OF TEXASREQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS FOR STRATEGIC COMMUNICATIONS SERVICESSOLICITATION NO. 23-22732-001NIGP CODE: 915-22, 918-24, 918-76, 961-53The Employees Retirement System of Texas (ERS) has issued a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) seeking a pool of qualified Respondent(s) to (a) review some of ERS’ current member communications and provide suggestions for improvement, and (b) develop marketing and communication materials to raise awareness of the resources the Benefits Communication Division has available to human resource professionals and encourage engagement with those resources. Respondent(s) shall provide the level of services required in the RFQ and meet other requirements that are in the best interests of ERS, its members, and the state of Texas (State). Respondent(s) shall be required to execute a contract (Contract) provided by, and satisfactory to, ERS for a period that begins upon execution of the Contract by ERS and extends for four (4) years, subject to the terms of the Contract. It is anticipated the Contract will be executed in August 2024.To download the RFQ, or submit an executed NDA, questions, and/or a Response, prospective Respondent(s) must first create a profile in Bonfire (ERS’ e-procurement portal located at erstexas.bonfirehub.com), which operates best on the latest versions of Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, and Mozilla Firefox.
