Amendment 0003 is hereby issued to increase the ceiling of the BAA from $95,000,000.00 to $700,000,000.00 through January 14, 2030.  Also, the Amendment incorporates revised clauses resulting from the Revolutionay FAR/DFARS Overhaul.  A revised copy of the Strategic Materials (SM) Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) is attached to this Amendment. 


All other terms and conditions in the BAA remain uncahnged.
