This is an Intent to Sole Source Notice. The U.S. Government currently intends to award a contract on a sole source basis to Safeware Inc. for a lifecyle purchase of structural firefighting gear totaling 10 sets for the MWFD within 365 days of receipt of order.



The statutory authority for the sole source procurement is 10 U.S.C§2304(c)(1) as implemented in Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Attached is the draft Statement of Work (SOW).



The NAICS code for this requirement is 811310, with a size standard of 600 employees.
