Solicitation details, issuing organization, response deadlines, documents, and interested companies for this government contract opportunity.
AI Contract Overview
The contract specifies the procurement of a stud with continuous thread, identified by NSN 5307-01-533-6085 and part numbers 95412A597 and STC5618X4, for delivery to a U.S. military installation in Camp Humphreys, South Korea. A single unit of issue (FV) is required with strict zero variance allowance, and delivery must be completed within ten days of award under FOB origin terms. Inspection and acceptance occur at the destination, and all packaging must comply with ASTM D3951, MIL-STD-129, and DLA’s stricter Packaging Requirements for Procurement (RP001), including palletization and labeling as specified. The unit of issue is standardized under DoD guidelines, and all items must be marked per DLA’s Physical Identification and Bare Item Marking requirements (RQ017) with government identification retained unless rejected. Sampling follows MIL-STD-1916 or ASQ H1331 with zero non-conformances required unless otherwise stated, and attributes are assigned verification levels or AQLs based on criticality. Configuration changes require formal engineering change proposals, and any deviations must be formally requested. The contract references the DLA Master List of Technical and Quality Requirements, which supersedes all other standards, and compliance with these requirements is mandatory. The solicitation number is SPE4A1-26-T-2509, with a response deadline of August 11, 2026, and delivery is required no later than July 28, 2026, under a government-funded project.
