Full Description

The Contracting Center of Excellence (CCE), on behalf of the Office of the Deputy Under Secretary of Defense for Military Communities and Family Policy, intends to negotiate a sole source contract award under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (1) FAR 6.302-1: Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, to Kansas State University, Manhattan, KS to provide with a valid, uniform risk assessment for domestic physical abuse. This action will result in a Firm-Fixed Price contract with a period of performance of twelve (24) months. This notice of intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive proposals. There is no solicitation document. No RFP will be available for competitive proposals.
