The SME shall consist of but not limited to two (2) Side Towers, one (1) Aft Tower and one (1) Roof Structure. The SME shall be used in an outside industrial environment to provide weather protection and work accessibility for Government personnel, equipment and ship security to submarines in dry dock. This posting serves as a Pre-Solicitation notice in association with N32253-22-R-0002, and the Government is not requesting responses to this notice.
