The Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk (FLCN), Norfolk, Virginia is seeking information on qualified sources for planning purposes in an effort to derive one contract to provide tailored training services with a curriculum derived from submarine tactical operations in support to CNMOC’s Community of Interest in accordance with the draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). The anticipated base Period of Performance for an eventual contract, if awarded, is 01 July 2026 through 30 June 2027, followed by four (4) subsequent one-year option periods.
