Notice of Intent to Sole-Source: The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Fort Leonard Wood intends to award on a sole-source basis a contract to Mobilisa, Inc. to support the Directorate of Emergency Services during the period of performance from 11 Aug 2019 - 10 Aug 2020 with no option periods. The requirement is for the annual subscription to the Persons of Interest & Defense ID databases on 16 devices and annual access to the Fugitive finder criminal justice information database. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE OFFERS and a solicitation will not be issued. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government. If no affirmative written response is received, the award will be made without further notice. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.
