Catered Meals for MEANG in MassachusettsThe 101st Civil Engineer Squadron is soliciting quotes for a total of 3,000 catered meals—5 days of hot breakfasts and 5 days of hot dinners—for 300 airmen during the PATRIOT FORGE II field training event in Fort Devens, Massachusetts, from August 10 to 15, 2026. This is a full small business set-aside under FAR Part 12, with no separate written solicitation issued; the announcement itself constitutes the complete solicitation. Bidders must submit a complete quotation package via email by July 8, 2026, at 4:00 PM EDT, broken into four mandatory parts: administrative details including UEI and CAGE codes with active SAM registration, a detailed proposed menu and operational plan outlining food safety and delivery logistics, a list of up to three recent, similar catering contracts with customer contacts, and a firm-fixed-price quote broken down per meal and total cost. All offerings must guarantee price stability for at least 60 days and fully comply with the attached Performance Work Statement. Evaluation will determine the best value based on price, technical acceptability, and past performance. Price must be fair and reasonable, while technical submission will be assessed on the suitability of the proposed menu and operational feasibility for meeting nutritional, timing, and volume requirements. Past performance will be reviewed using the Supplier Performance Risk System, supplemented by information provided by the offeror; lack of relevant history results in a neutral rating. Offers must originate from small business concerns in good standing, with performance required at Hanscom AFB, Massachusetts. Questions must be submitted by July 1, 2026, to allow adequate time for responses. The award will be made to the single vendor offering the most advantageous combination of price, technical competence, and proven track record in large-scale event catering.

Approved Vendor List Fundraiser Vendors Pursuant to Utah Code 13-22The Salt Lake City School District is seeking qualified vendors to join an approved list for providing food items and other products in support of fundraising activities at district schools, in compliance with Utah Code 13-22, the Charitable Solicitations Act. All submissions must be made electronically through the Bonfire/U3P platform by the specified deadline of July 14, 2026, with no exceptions for faxed, emailed, or hard-copy responses. Vendors must carefully review all solicitation materials available solely through Bonfire/U3P, as any information obtained from external sources will not override the official documents posted on the platform. The district will only recognize changes issued through authorized addenda and will not accept questions or clarifications submitted outside the Bonfire/U3P system. Responses must include complete electronic submissions with all required information and approved file types; attachments containing zip files, video, or audio formats are prohibited and will be rejected. Vendors are responsible for ensuring their submissions are fully uploaded and completed prior to the exact deadline, as the system will terminate processing submissions immediately upon cutoff. By submitting a response, vendors confirm they have read and understood all solicitation requirements and conditions. Communication regarding this procurement is exclusively managed through the Bonfire/U3P system, with David Hernandez designated as the primary point of contact. Vendors are advised to plan ahead to accommodate time needed for form completion and document uploads.
