Superior Recreational Products — Playgrounds-Pavilions-Shades-Site Furnishings

Master Agreement 101625-SPR is a cooperative purchasing contract between Sourcewell, a Minnesota service cooperative, and Superior International Industries, Inc., doing business as Superior Recreational Products. The agreement establishes a procurement solution for playground, water play, aquatic equipment, outdoor site amenities, and outdoor fitness equipment, including related accessories and turn-key services such as design-build, installation, and maintenance. This contract is designed for use by thousands of eligible participating entities, including governmental, educational, nonprofit, and tribal agencies across the United States and Canada. The contract is effective for a four-year term ending December 17, 2029, with the possibility of extensions up to a total of seven years. Under the agreement, Sourcewell customers receive a 12% discount off the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP). All products must comply with rigorous safety and regulatory standards, including ASTM F1487, ASTM F2373, ASTM F1292, CSA Z614-20, and CPSC guidelines. Additionally, the supplier must adhere to federal requirements such as the Buy American Act, the Davis-Bacon Act, and 2 C.F.R. § 200. Shipping is handled as FOB Destination, prepaid and added, with the participating entity serving as the responsible party for final inspection and acceptance.
