SUPPLIES, EQUIPMENT & SERVICES FOR STUDENTS WITH DISABILITIES

Humble ISD is soliciting proposals under RFP 2026-102G for the procurement of supplies, equipment, and services to support students with disabilities across 44 campuses. Logistically, the contract requires F.O.B. Humble ISD inside delivery, with shipping charges included in the proposal price. Vendors must maintain specific insurance limits, including 1 million dollars for general and auto liability and 2 million dollars for umbrella liability. All quoted prices must remain firm for the contract term, and any requested increases require written justification and approval 90 days in advance. The district estimates an annual spend of over 50,000 dollars for these requirements.
