The Coronado National Forest, Tucson, Arizona, is soliciting quotes (RFQ) for the supply and delivery FOB Destination, of a quantity of 22, HDLPE, black, 5000 gallon, vertical water storage tanks. 2. Quotes are to be submitted to Coronado National Forest, Room 5F, 300 W. Congress, Tucson, AZ 85701 or faxed to +1 (555) 000-0000 or emailed to contact@example.gov by close of business July 31, 2009. 3. Note: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in [FAR] Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 4. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-33, Effective on June 15, 2009. 5. This acquisition is set-aside 100% for small businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 444190 and the size standard is 500 employees. 6. Submit a detailed materials list with a unit price quote for each contract line item (CLIN) and total delivered price quote. 7.
