Full Description

The Ministry of the Environment, Conservation and Parks is seeking a qualified Vendor to supply and deliver up to eight (8) new continuous particulate mass monitors for ambient air monitoring applications across Ontario. The procurement includes up to two (2) Federal Equivalent Method (FEM) approved continuous particulate mass monitors capable of simultaneously measuring PM2.5, PM10, and PM10-2.5, and up to six (6) FEM approved continuous particulate mass monitors for PM2.5 monitoring.
The equipment is required to support the Ministry’s provincial air monitoring programs, compliance, investigation, emergency response, and environmental assessment activities.
The Vendor will be responsible for the supply, delivery, warranty support, technical assistance, and, if requested by the Ministry, basic user training.
Initial deliveries are required on or before March 31, 2027, with a final unit to be delivered between April 1 and June 30, 2027.
