This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of Medicine Hat (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Supply and Delivery of Wood Utility Poles as further described in Appendix D (RFP Particulars) Section A (the “Deliverables”).The City of Medicine Hat is seeking qualified suppliers for the supply and delivery of wood utility poles on an "as required" basis. All poles shall conform to the requirements outlined in Material Standard ED-MPO-001.02 and shall be supplied in accordance with the pricing and compensation schedules included in this Request for Proposal (RFP).
