The Work shall include all labour, materials, equipment, and services necessary to provide a complete and fully operational system. The work is to replace the Town’s existing bulk water system with a modern, integrated solution incorporating automated dispensing, electronic payment processing, monitoring, and reporting functionality. The system shall be delivered complete and ready for continuous operation in an outdoor municipal environment.
