Supply and Installation of Bulk Water Fill Station Management System

The Town of Newmarket is soliciting proposals under RFP-2026-113 for the supply, installation, and commissioning of a modern Bulk Water Fill Station Management System. The project involves replacing existing municipal systems with an integrated solution featuring automated dispensing, electronic payment processing, and monitoring and reporting capabilities. Successful proponents must maintain five million dollars in general liability insurance and provide WSIB clearance. Final acceptance of the system is contingent upon the completion of on-site training for Town personnel and the correction of any performance deficiencies. Payments are processed via direct deposit through CIBC, with standard terms of net thirty days or forty-five days from the receipt of an appropriate invoice.
