REQUEST FOR PROPOSALSInvitation to ProponentsCity of Surrey invites qualified, experienced, and reputable vendors to submit proposals for the supply, delivery, installation, connection to utilities, testing, and commissioning of one or more prefabricated or site-assembled outdoor public washroom facilities measuring approximately 8 feet by 20 feet.The washroom facilities will be installed at City-owned site/s and must be suitable for year-round public use, high durability, low maintenance, and must be compliant with all applicable codes, standards, and accessibility requirements.Project Overview and ObjectivesThe objective of this RFP is to procure a high-quality, durable, vandal-resistant, and accessible outdoor public washroom unit that:Serves diverse members of the public Meets accessibility and universal design standards Performs reliably in an outdoor environment Minimizes long-term operating and maintenance costs Integrates with City-provided utilities and services The unit must be aesthetically pleasingADDENDAIf the City determines that an amendment is required to this RFP, the City Representative will issue a written addendum by posting it on the BC Bid website at www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca and the City website at www.surrey.ca (collectively, the “Websites”), and upon posting, any addenda will form part of this RFP.
