The New York State Department of Health has been granted an exemption by the Office of State Comptroller (OSC) from giving notice in the NYS Contract Reporter to contract with Public Consulting Group Inc. from June 1, 2019 to September 30, 2027 and an additional three-year contract renewal at Department discretion as needed for the provision of Support for the Operational Management of the New York State Early Intervention Program.
